Terms of Service

DISCLAIMERBy purchasing my art services you automatically agree to the following terms of service.Please read carefully and contact me, if there are any questions.PROCEDUREYou will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my commission prices and rules.You will then contact me regarding your proposed project or fill out the commission form I provide on this page.Please don’t be shy to give any details or ask for changes. Please provide as much pictures or descriptions as possible, so I can create the art you wish for.Wait for my answer so we can discuss further process.NOTES FOR ORDERINGI will not take commissions without clear instructions provided.By commissioning me you're purchasing my services as an artist only.There will be no private calls to check on progress or to watch me work on your commission. (You are encouraged to come watch the progress while I stream it.)Please only contact me in reasonable time-frames, if I don’t update you myself or my Trello.I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but aren't limited to the right to use it as a sample for sales / self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason without questions.I reserve the right to use rejected sketches/designs for any future projects, be it personal or otherwise.PAYMENT PROCESSI'll only accept PayPal as payment.PayPal payments will only be accepted in EUR.I require full payment upfront via Paypal Invoice, although special Payment plans can be discussed.I will add you to my to-do list and start once I received all details and discussed payment.In case of a payment plan I will only do the amount of work that fits the amount of money you have paid. For example, if you only pay 50% I will do the sketch, line-art and adding base colors. When you pay the other 50% I will proceed with the rest.REFUNDI can refund 100% of the payment ONLY if I haven't started working on the sketch.Once I start your Commission I can't refund the full amount.Not started: 100% refund(Clean) sketch: 70% refund + sketch is sentOnce I'll reach the line-art stage there will be NO REFUNDS.If for any reason, I can NOT finish the commission I will communicate and personally refund 100% of your paymentDEADLINEYou may set a deadline if you wish but it must be reasonable. I don't have time to work on your piece 24/7.If you need your commission fast or to be PRIORITY there will be a fee depending on how fast you want it done.Maximum time I need to finish could take up to 3 months, but normally I need around 1-3 weeks to finish a commission piece. (This only applies for when I start your commission!)Check my to-do list whenever you want a status update.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO......change, modify, edit my work without my permission...reproduce and sell the artwork without my permission...use my art as a base for anything, meaning you're not allowed to trace over my artwork in any way....claim the artwork as your own or anyone else than mine...use my art for stable diffusion models (AI Art)COMMERCIAL USE COMMISSIONSLive2D Models have commercial fees already included in the price, there is no discussion needed.For normal illustrations the price for commercial use needs to be discussed.Commercial Use is when you want to sell the Artwork as Merchendise/Postcards or want to make profit with it in any form.PRIVATE ONLY COMMISSIONSIf you request the commission to not be shown on any of my social media or in my portfolio ever, an extra fee will be necessary.
Though if the discretion of the work is only temporary there can be a fee discussed, if the embargo is longer than 3 months.CHANGESBig changes only while in the sketch stage.I will do up to 3 free changes - after that there will be a fee.Once the artwork is finished I can do small changes such as color adjustments and /or adding small details I may have forgotten.I won't redraw commissions unless payment is sent for a second order or I decide so myself.
